We understand that purchasing clothing online can be a tricky. That is why when you make a purchase directly with Covalent Activewear, we offer a simple and free return policy so that you can feel comfortable with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it free within 30 days of receiving your order for a full merchandise refund. Only standard shipping costs can be refunded if we receive the order back in its entirety.

• Covalent Activewear will accept merchandised that were "tried on", however our return policy will not accept merchandise that discovered to be distressed, stained, or otherwise un-sellable. These items will be returned to the customer.
• Your item must be in the original packaging. Any items returned without the packaging and original affixed hangtag are not eligible for return.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and/or a return merchandise authorization.
• Items purchased at retail locations are not eligible for online returns.

• Purchases marked as closeout or final sale are not eligible for returns.
• Fraudulent or abuse of our return policy will be considered ineligible.
• Giveaways, or promotional merchandise are not eligible for returns.
• Expedited shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If the original method of payment is no longer available (i.e. new card, or expired card), we will issue a refund in form of store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code. In addition, please specify the damage/defect on the Return Form.

We will gladly send out a replacement of the original items purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is still available. If the merchandise is not available you will receive a refund in the original form of payment used.
